We are currently enrolling for the 2024-2025 school year!  

If you are re-enrolling or new to our PSR program, please complete the form located on the left side of this page and turn it into the parish office.  If you are new to our PSR program you will also need to make a copy of your child's baptismal certificate.  Both forms and certificates may be turned in to the parish office.
